What Guides Us

We stand for honest work, clear words and the responsibility not only to meet other people’s expectations – but to protect them. For us, construction supervision means far more than control on paper. It is about giving people security while they create something valuable: a home, a project, a future.

From our own experience, we know how much trust, time and heart go into every construction project. Errors, delays or poor execution are not just technical problems – they are burdens for families, investors and dreams. That is exactly why we work according to a principle that guides us through life:

“Whatever you do, do it properly – or leave it.”
  • Transparency instead of surprises – clear communication & comprehensible documentation.
  • Responsibility instead of shifting blame – we stand behind every project, every decision, every step.
  • Respect instead of haste – Quality is created through calm, structure and foresight.
  • Humanity instead of number logic – behind every project are people and dreams.
  • Loyalty & trust – keeping your word, reliability, honesty.

Our goal is not to support the biggest projects – but the right ones. Projects that deserve quality, calm, structure and long-term thinking.

Work with pride, responsibility and heart – that is LAW-DIA.

Our Complete Story

We are Robert and Liubov, two completely ordinary people who at some point realized: the way things are going here in Germany, we no longer want to go along with it. We worked for years, took responsibility, paid our bills, improved ourselves, did everything right – and still almost nothing is left at the end of the month. Not because we are lazy or do stupid things, but because the system here eventually became such that you fight, work, function – and still remain stuck in place.

We are not talking here about luxury or “wealth,” but about building a small, peaceful life. A house, a bit of sun, a garden, a dog, peace. That’s it. And when you eventually realize that even that is hardly possible in Germany anymore, then you have to be honest with yourself: do you want to continue like this, or do you change something? For us, the answer was clear: we change something.

I, Robert, come from the trades. Metalworker, then drywall, over 25 years of experience, later project manager with responsibility and fire protection. I have already run my own company. For three years it went well, customers were satisfied, the work was clean, everything honest. And then came an estimated tax assessment from the tax office. No conversation, no discussion, simply invented numbers. And as a small business, you have no chance to fight against something like that. So the company was shut down. Not because we were bad – but because a system thought it knew better. That hurts. It eats away at you. But it taught me one thing: never again a system that destroys you even though you do everything right. Liubov has also made her own path. Retail training, a lot of experience in the commercial field, came from Ukraine to Germany, started over here, built everything up. And then saw the reality here: people who work and still have to fear whether the money will be enough. A life full of pressure. And honestly: that does something to you. At some point you ask yourself: why actually? What for?

We both love life. We love sun, warmth and the sea. We love calm. Our most beautiful Christmases were not in Germany, but for example in Marseille – spontaneously drove there, walked along the water, drank coffee, Christmas without stress, without consumer madness, simply life. Santa Pola, Spain – sun in winter, that was a feeling that never let go of us. It was like a foretaste of what life can actually be like if you dare. And then came the decision: we are building something new. Not blindly, not headlong, like many who emigrate and fail because they only dream and do not plan. No. Step by step. Down to earth. With a plan and discipline. We save. We structure. We build capital. We know what we can do. We know what we cannot do. We prepare ourselves.

Our goal is clear: Cyprus. Why? Sun, sea, low crime, friendly people, a calmer life. Taxes that are fair instead of crushing. A country where working makes sense again. We want to found an LTD there and do what we do best: build, supervise, deliver quality. Not loud, not flashy, but orderly, clean, reliable. Our plan: a small house near the beach, in need of renovation, maximum 70,000 euros. We will do it ourselves, step by step, without stress. Plus a solar system so that we can keep our electricity costs under control in the long term. An office in the house, clear and efficient. Tablets for construction sites, PlanRadar for documentation, PCs for planning and reports. Not chaos, but structure. And everything we acquire makes sense and pays off in the long term.

We save monthly, we invest long-term in ETFs, we use our experiences – even the painful ones. I earned money in trading and lost a lot again in a crash. Then I held crypto, two software wallets were hacked – more expensive lessons. That only happens once. Today our approach is clear: long-term, safe, predictable. No more gambling, but calm and structure. We are learning English and Greek. Not perfectly, but with daily discipline, a little every evening. And we bring our languages with us: German, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. That will help us reach customers in Cyprus that nobody else reaches.

And yes, we also have our life here. Our plants, our dog, our everyday life. Liubov has lovingly cared for her plants – every pot a piece of home. It will not be easy to leave them behind, but sometimes a new beginning also means letting go. And our dog? Of course he is coming with us. He is family. Many would have taken this path earlier. We waited because we want to do it right, not quickly. And you know what? We are proud of that. We are not building an Instagram emigration fairy tale. We are building a real life. A calm, clean, honest life. With enough money, but without madness. With work, but without the stress machine. With sun, but without delusions of grandeur.

We want a small house, a small garden, a calm life, a few good clients who appreciate our work, and enough time to breathe. This is our path. And we are walking it. Step by step. With heart, mind and an open view. Not because we have to, but because we want to. Because we believe that you can build your life – like a good house: with a foundation, patience, a plan and the right attitude.

And if anyone asks why we are doing this, then we simply say: Because we want to live. Not survive.

Our Oasis — Love for Nature & Care

This is our reality between work, planning and anticipation: a small, self-built oasis of light, irrigation and lots of patience. Over the last few years, Liubov has, with calm and dedication, turned individual pots into a home – each plant with its own story. It is exactly this feeling – nature & technology, calm & structure – that we are taking with us to Cyprus.

Before we build our new company in Cyprus, we would also like to show an example from our previous work. One of the projects was the modernization of the underground station Jungfernstieg in Hamburg for Hamburger Hochbahn AG.

Every step counts – thank you for your support 💙

Words from the Heart

Every big step begins quietly – and often in small ways. For us, this path to Cyprus is not simply a change of place, but a complete new beginning in calm, sunshine and with real values: honesty, diligence, responsibility and mutual support.

Every bit of help – whether big or small – brings us closer to our goal. It flows directly into building our foundation: house, solar, first tools, documentation and the preparation of our work on site.

We sincerely thank every person who accompanies us on this path. It means a lot to us to know that someone believes in our dream. And because trust is based on openness, we transparently show where every contribution goes.
