What guides us

We stand for honest work, clear words and the responsibility not just to meet expectations — but to protect them. For us, construction supervision is more than paperwork. It means giving people peace of mind while they build something that matters: a home, a project, a future.

We know from experience how much trust, time and heart goes into every build. Mistakes, delays or poor workmanship are not only technical issues — they weigh on families, investors and plans. That’s why we work by a principle that guides our lives:

“If you do it, do it right — or don’t do it.”
  • Transparency over surprises — clear communication & traceable documentation.
  • Ownership over passing the buck — we stand behind every decision and every step.
  • Respect over rush — quality needs calm, structure and foresight.
  • Humanity over pure numbers — behind every project are people and dreams.
  • Loyalty & trust — reliability, integrity, handshake quality.

Our goal isn’t to run the biggest jobs — it’s to run the right ones. Work with pride, responsibility and heart — that is LAW‑DIA.

Our complete story

We are Robert and Liubov. At some point we realised: the way things run for us in Germany — we don’t want that for our lives anymore. We worked for years, took responsibility, paid our bills, kept learning, did things right — and yet almost nothing was left at the end of the month. Not because we were lazy or reckless, but because the system changed: you keep fighting, working, functioning — and still remain stuck.

We’re not talking about luxury. We just want a small, calm life: a modest house, sun, a little garden, our dog, peace. And if you realise that even this is hardly possible where you live, you have to be honest: keep going as you are — or change. Our answer: we change.

I, Robert, come from the trades. Metalwork, then drywall — over 25 years — later project lead with responsibility and fire protection. I even ran my own company for three years. Clients were happy, work was clean and honest. Then came a tax “estimate”. No talk, just numbers. And as a small business you don’t stand a chance. The company was shut down — not because we were bad, but because a system thought it knew better. That hurts. But it taught me one thing: never again a system that breaks you while you do everything right. Liubov followed her own path: retail training, strong commercial background, moved from Ukraine to Germany, rebuilt life from scratch — and saw the same reality here: people working, yet worried if money is enough. That pressure changes you. You start asking: why?

We love life. We love sun, warmth, the sea. Our most beautiful Christmas was not in Germany but, for example, in Marseille — long seaside walks, coffee, calm. In Santa Pola, Spain, we felt winter sun and it never left us. It felt like a preview of how life can be when you dare. So we decided to build something new. Not blindly, like many who emigrate and fail because they dream but don’t plan. No. Step by step, down-to-earth, with discipline. We save. We structure. We build capital. We know what we can do — and what we can’t. We prepare.

Our goal is clear: Cyprus. Why? Sun, sea, low crime, friendly people, a calmer life. Fair taxes instead of pressure. A place where work makes sense again. We’ll found a LTD and do what we do best: build, supervise, deliver quality. Not loud or flashy, but tidy, reliable and clean. Our plan: a small house near the beach, in need of renovation, max €70,000. We’ll do it ourselves, step by step, without stress. Add solar so power costs are in our hands. A compact office at home. Tablets for sites, PlanRadar for documentation, PCs for planning & reports. No chaos — structure. Everything we buy makes sense and pays off long-term.

We save monthly, invest long-term in ETFs, and use our experience — including the painful parts. I once made money trading and then lost a lot in a crash. Later I held crypto and got two software wallets hacked — more tuition paid. That happens only once. Today our approach is clear: long-term, safe, planned. No gambling — calm and structure. We’re learning English and Greek — daily, bit by bit. And we bring our languages: German, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian. That will help us reach clients in Cyprus others don’t.

And yes, there’s our life here: our plants, our dog, our everyday routine. Liubov cared for the plants with love — each pot a piece of home. Leaving them won’t be easy, but sometimes a new beginning means letting go. Our dog comes with us, of course — he’s family. Many would have made this move earlier. We waited, because we want to do it right, not fast. No Instagram emigration fairy tale — a real life. Calm, clean, honest. Enough money, no madness. Work, but no stress machine. Sun, but no hubris.

We want a small house, a garden, a quiet life, a few good clients who value our work — and time to breathe. This is our road. Step by step. With heart, clarity and open eyes. Not because we must — because we want to. Because life can be built like a good house: with foundations, patience, a plan and the right attitude.

And if someone asks why, we say: Because we want to live — not just survive.

Our little oasis — love for nature & care

This is our reality between work, planning and anticipation: a small self-made oasis of light, watering and patience. Liubov has turned individual pots into a home — every plant with its own story. That exact feeling — nature & tech, calm & structure — we’ll take with us to Cyprus.

From the heart

Big steps often start quietly — and small. For us, this road to Cyprus is not just a move; it’s a new start with calm, sun and real values: honesty, effort, responsibility and mutual support.

Every bit of help brings us closer. It flows straight into our setup: house, solar, first tools, documentation and preparing our work on site.

We are grateful for everyone who believes in our project. Trust needs openness — so we are transparent about how support is used.
